ORDERS & PRE-ORDERS
Q: What is a pre-order?
A: All current Inches Era orders are
pre-orders. This means you secure your
products today at current pricing and
we fulfill and ship your order in
August 2026. Your card is charged
at the time of purchase.
Q: Can I cancel my pre-order?
A: Due to the nature of our handcrafted
botanical formula all sales are final.
We encourage you to review your order
carefully before completing your purchase.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: All pre-orders ship in August 2026.
You will receive a shipping confirmation
email with tracking information as soon
as your order is on its way.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes. Once your order ships you will
receive an automatic email with your
tracking number and a direct link to
track your package in real time.
Q: I am stuck at checkout. What do I do?
A: Try these quick fixes:
- Clear your browser cache and refresh
- Try a different browser
(Chrome works best)
- Try checking out on your phone
if you were on desktop or vice versa

Q: Do you ship to my city or state?
A: We ship anywhere in the
United States. If you are in the US
we have got you covered.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We currently ship to the
United States only. International
shipping including Canada and the UK
is on our roadmap and will be
available after our August 2026 launch.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping is FREE on all bundle orders

Shipping for individual products
(Hair Growth Oil or Dry Powder Mask)
is calculated at checkout based on
your location and order weight.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Once your order ships in August 2026:
Standard shipping: 5–7 business days
Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days
Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
A: We are so sorry if that happens.

Q: What is in the formula?
A: Both products are formulated with
the same 20 organic ancestral herbs:

Our Dry Powder Mask lets you
customize your treatment
based on your hair type by allowing you to choose your own activator:
Aloe vera gel - oily or scalp-sensitive hair
Spring water, Rose water, or distilled water - normal, balanced, or fine hair
Yogurt - dry, coily, or high-porosity hair
Coconut milk - very dry, brittle, or color-treated hair
One formula. Every texture.

Q: How often should I use each product?
A: Hair Growth Oil: daily use recommended.
Apply to scalp, massage in, and go.
Dry Powder Hair Mask: weekly use recommended.
Mix with your chosen activator,
apply to scalp and hair,
cover and leave on 20 minutes,
rinse and reveal.
Q: What can I mix the powder mask with?
A: Choose your activator based on
your hair type:
Aloe vera gel - oily, fine, or scalp-sensitive hair
Plain Yogurt - dry, damaged, high-porosity, or coily hair
Spring water, Rose water, or distilled water - normal or low-porosity hair
Coconut milk - very dry, brittle, or color-treated hair
🌿For best results when using water, mix with
rose water, spring water,
or distilled water.
Avoid tap water where possible
as chlorine and hard minerals
may reduce the effectiveness
of the formula.
Q: When will I see results?
A: Results vary from person to person
and depend on factors including genetics,
diet, health, and consistency of use.
We recommend consistent daily use of
the oil and weekly use of the mask
for best results over time.
Individual results may vary.
