Refund & Pre-Order Policy

At Inches Era we stand behind our formula
and your experience.

Pre-Orders
All current orders are pre-orders.
Your card will be charged at the time
of purchase. Production begins once
pre-orders are fulfilled.
Estimated ship date: August 2026.

We will notify you by email if there
are any changes to your ship date.

Cancellations
Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full
refund within 48 hours of purchase.
After 48 hours all sales are final
as production is funded by pre-orders.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective
contact us within 7 days of delivery at
customersupport@inchesera.com

We will replace your item at no charge.
Photos of the damage are required.

Allergic Reactions
We recommend a patch test before
first use. If you experience an adverse
reaction discontinue use immediately
and contact us. We will work with you
on a case by case basis.

We do not accept returns on opened
products for hygiene reasons.
